| Due to the changes in the method of charging for postage in the
UK - by size as well as by weight- I have had to substantially increase the postage for carpet kits.
Unfortunately the carpet kits will not go through the Large Letter slot and so are charged at a higher rate. These are the first increases in postage and packing rates I have introduced since starting the business in 2001. |

| GUARANTEE Your kit should contain all the information you will need to complete your carpet but, if you encounter problems of any sort, please ring or write and I will endeavour to provide a solution. Extra thread can be sent if you run out - although your kit will contain generous amounts. If you are not completely satisfied with your kit you can return it, in perfect condition, within 7 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price. If your kit is not complete (I am not infallible!) you can return it and it will be replaced and your postage refunded. |
