| GUARANTEE Your kit should contain all the information you will need to complete your carpet but, if you encounter problems of any sort, please ring or write and I will endeavour to provide a solution. Extra thread can be sent if you run out - although your kit will contain generous amounts. If you are not completely satisfied with your kit you can return it, in perfect condition, within 7 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price. If your kit is not complete (I am not infallible!) you can either let me know and I will supply the missing items or return it and it will be replaced and your postage refunded. |
